Visma is a Saas (software-as-a-service) champion and one of the largest provider of cloud-delivered SaaS to European small and medium-sized businesses.

We have been an investor in Visma for most of the last 20 years. During this period, Visma has grown close to 20% year-on-year, every single year, to become one of the top software companies in Europe.

Today we have a majority shareholding, taking Visma from a business of $500 million in Enterprise Value in 2006, to around $20 billion today.
